Seems things have changed
This app/camera was decent enough. It did what it needed to practice. But I've noticed I'm not getting alerts even though I know there is movement. My settings haven't inverse. Ane day all my videos were there and then gone the side by side. Now it seems it but keeps videos for two days. Some days features won't load even if I'm on WiFi. Had to re ready my camera. My phone and camera had to be sitting on top of the router for information technology to all connect. Was thinking of getting a second camera- just might get with a different company.
Re-review
I reviewed this app and their associated hardware at a ane star rating about 6 months ago. The visitor replaced one faulty camera and after the firmware patch I feel a 5 star rating is warranted. I no longer have connectivity issues and if I reset my WiFi network the cameras automatically recognize and reconnect to the network. This company has fabricated significant improvements to their product and if you were frustrated similar I was and moved away from them, I'd endeavor information technology out over again and encounter that there is real value at this cost. My only criticism is that I wish they had a viable battery operated camera that could compete with other fully wireless cameras similar arlo.
Horrible visitor
I have the CHS1AWACS model WiFi camera and this specific camera does not support motion detection. It does not support button notifications. It does not support video recording. It has a retention carte slot just it does not support retention bill of fare. Are you kidding me? What am I wasting my money on?? All I tin can do is view live and that's it. DO NOT ask me to email yous for further aid, you already gave me assist and this is what the results are! This company has converted all their cameras and systems to run on cloud service to make more than coin. Horrible app, horrible cameras, horrible visitor! This camera is even so beingness sold everywhere and information technology doesn't even work! This is just sad. ane star. Tomorrow I am returning these cameras.
